Ted Sothern

Ted danced ballet professionally for 28 years. He started with MN Dance Theater and then went on to be a member if Washington Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, American Repertory Ballet, amongst others. He has been teaching ballet in the Twin Cities since 2003 and has been a member of the teaching staff at Metro Dance since 2023. Ted continue to share his love and excitement for ballet with each and every student.
